Me Yesterday...Me Today! I wanted to fence ever since I saw the Three Musketeers, and once I got the chance in University, I wasn't disappointed! Fencing has been one of the most interesting, frustrating, rewarding, annoying and totally engrossing activities that I have ever been involved in. It has given me lifelong fitness and lifelong friends. I took a LONG (14 years!) break from fencing when the kids were little, but then they got interested in fencing, and now we all epee! One of the most rewarding experiences has been fencing with my kids in TEAM event, and one of the most conflicted moments is facing my kids in elimination...sometimes you win some, sometimes you lose some...and sometimes the kids walk home from the tournament!
